The Bridges at Warwick team is compassionate and dedicated. Every member is committed to going above and beyond expectations to ensure that our residents are taken care of the right way. We place a strong focus on training and ongoing education for our team so that we can deliver exceptional service. We also take pride in our ability to get to know – and forge relationships with – our residents and their families.
Our celebrated senior living philosophy is something we take seriously. When you become a part of The Bridges at Warwick family, you can trust that we will work every day to make sure we are building a happy and purposeful life for each and every resident.
Sue Sunderland, Executive Director
With over 35 years of experience working with older adults, Sue says she could not be happier or more fulfilled in the work she does and that every day she is energized by the possibilities of growing services and meeting the individual needs of residents.
A licensed personal care executive director, Sue comes to The Bridges at Warwick from its sister community in Mechanicsburg, The Bridges at Bent Creek, where she served as Executive Director for 10 years. She has also served as the director of one of the largest and most respected Older Adult Daily Living Centers in Pennsylvania and has been a board member of the Pennsylvania Adult Day Services Association for a number of years.
Her background also includes working for the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, giving her access to a wealth of resources to help her develop team training programs and cutting-edge initiatives to put into practice at the community level.
“I am very excited to be at The Bridges at Warwick,” says Sunderland. “I had the honor of taking our ‘Celebrating Life’ philosophy from words to concepts on a piece of paper and bringing it to life by establishing a culture of care and service that is truly unique at The Bridges at Bent Creek! I can’t wait to do the same in Warwick.”
Kim Sager, Director of Marketing & Sales
Kim has devoted much of her professional career to working with seniors. She began her journey more than 25 years ago in New Hampshire. A resident of the Doylestown area for the past 20 years, she has since covered the senior living spectrum, having worked in senior centers, adult day centers and senior living communities. She has also worked in real estate for many years in the area.
Kim’s passion for seniors was created by the love she had for her own great-grandmother. She says she recognizes that knowing when to move a loved one into a senior living community can be overwhelming for families . . . she wants folks to know that the entire Bridges at Warwick team will be with them from the beginning of their search process to long after their loved one moves into our community.
“Every resident will become a celebrated member of my family. I am so excited and happy to be a part of this special community! Please feel free to stop in and introduce yourself. I truly look forward to helping guide you on your senior living journey.”
