The Vista Transitional Living program is a distinctive living option exclusive to The Bridges at Warwick. Designed to support residents who have early-stage memory loss but who do not need a secure environment, our program is based on the premise that activity and engagement are integral to daily living.
The Vista Transitional Living provides a fun and therapeutic experience through a variety of activities, including cooking, exercise, religious and special events, word games and puzzles. A dedicated team member implements this specialized programming seven days a week – including visits to popular stores, restaurants and cultural sites in nearby Doylestown.
Our goal is to encourage these residents to maintain involvement in ongoing structured activities and events in a smaller group, eliminating loneliness and boredom as well as slowing the decline of cognitive skills.
